Cascadia includes carefully selected hops from the Pacific Northwest to dry hop this cider giving it notes of citrus and grapefruit. Unlike a beer, this cider does not have any bitterness as the hops are not boiled (which is what gives beer it’s bitterness). Dry hopping brings out the delicious aromas and flavours from the hops to compliment the apple notes.
