A traditional Kir Royal is made with champagne and blackcurrant. We’ve done ours with cider instead! Using our traditional french keeving technique to keep apple sweetness in the cider, and blending in BC blackcurrants, then aging on french oak, we’ve created a delicious sweet, fruity cider with low alcohol content.
