This mouth puckering cider was created using fresh pressed BC apples, wild fermented with the natural yeast on the skins of 200lbs of Sunshine Coast golden plums. Once fermnted dry BC cranberry and rhubarb juice were added and the cider was aged on oak chips for 2 months for body. Pouring an amazing pink hue, this has a zingy, acidic personality!
